Quedgeley Wanderers U13's VS. Frampton Youth U13's 11.11.07

Twelve and thirteen year old boys are often represented in the press by the small minority that choose to flout the law and cause upset through anti-social behaviour. The boys that play for Quedgeley and Frampton under 13's showed today by their act of respectful remembrance, that these unacceptable few do not represent the whole picture of Gloucestershire youth.
The boys went on to play a close fought match with action at both ends of the pitch. Both keepers played exceptionally well, with the Quedgeley keeper saving a penalty in the closing minutes of the second half. The game ended in a 2 - 2 draw.
