Here are the instructions, on picture 14 when you suck the air out the hose should be on the top nozzle and not the bottom one as shown in the picture. Always fully inflate the goal whilst it is on the ground I normally put 35 pumps in , once upright I normally put another couple of pumps into the goal. Instructions.

hg All Managershg

I have membership forms for 3 teams at present, It would be a great help if we could get the membership forms completed sooner rather than later. Please note, it is a club requirement for all players to be registered when training on club grounds or playing for any team, even a tournament.
Your help in completing all forms as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated.

hgManagers/Coaches - Developmenthg

Please see the attached excel spreadsheet. I have put together all the various courses that are relevant to our club along with a listing of coaches and managers. There may be some discrepency with names, as I am not fully conversant with all members. at the end of this attachment is a list that I have updated with replies from managers/coaches. You will see that not all have replied. What you can see is the equipment that we need.

I have now ordered 50 size 4 footballs for training at a cost of £6.00 + vat. I also have called in the 18 or so balls in as a freebie. Any issue please contact me.

hgChanging Rooms Thefthg

HI All, managers/users of Waterwells Sports Centre.

Due to an incident this weekend of theft from the changing rooms a policy of complete lock up of the changing room is to be enforced therefore:-

The Waterwells Sports Centre will be opened for changing and toilets prior to any match.

The Waterwells Sports Centre will then be locked up until games are finished, which means no toilets or early changing/showers etc while games are being played, this includes general public.

CLOSED AND LOCKED

The Waterwells Sports Centre will be opened up on completion of matches

Signs to be put up in changing rooms and corridor to this effect shortly.

hg Player Registrationshg

To all Managers,

I would like to remind you that it is both an FA and an insurance obligation for any player training or playing games to be a registered member of the club they are playing football for.

Firstly, if a player is found to not be a member of the club they are playing for you potentially could lose any points won from a game played and a fine could be made to QWFC.

Secondly, if you are training or in any way coaching a player who is not a club member they or you are not insured.

Therefore, anyone not registered as a member should not be training or playing games until they have been registered on the clubs database.

Child Car Seat Law

Managers of teams U11's and younger need to be aware of the important changes to the car seat law that came into effect on 18th Sept. A notice has been posted on the Club News section for all members, but please reinforce the message to your team.

Details of the changes to the law can be found here.

Waterwells update

Please remind your teams, and supporters, that parking along Naas Lane is not permitted. A note has been posted on the Club News section asking members to use the car park provided at the ground. We are investigating the option of additional parking facilities on match days, but for the time being if the car park is full there is ample room to park on the road outside without causing an obstruction to passing traffic.

Can you also remind your teams, and opposition, to ensure that all litter is removed at the end of the game. The amount that is currently being left behind is getting greater each week. As with the parking situation we are looking at ways to improve the situation and will be approaching the Parish Council to see if rubbish bins can be installed.
